We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

All credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL technology when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you don't wish to pay by credit card, you can mail us a letter enclosing a cheque for the full amount, including shipping /postage and tax if appropriate. Please state the catalogue number, artist, format, price, postage & packing (see shipping terms at the foot of this page) and add 17.5% VAT at the end if you live in the UK or European Union.

OVERSEAS /SHIPPING

Overseas customers not using on-line secure credit card transactions: - please note cheques / IPOs / IMOs must be in UK Pounds Sterling and all cheques must be drawn on a British bank.

Shipping is by first class post in the UK or by air mail. Shipping charges as shown are added to the published cost of the item according to the "zone" to which the item is despatched.

Orders for products from our website are accepted on the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of website information: we have used every effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate. No warranty is however given as to the accuracy of information provided.
2. Price and availability of products are subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale or to correct any error on the website without incurring any liability.
3. Price and payment:
i. The price payable by you will be the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of acceptance of your order; except in the case of manifest error when the provisions of paragraph 2 above will apply.
ii. Prices are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate but exclude the cost of delivery.
iii. Payment will be made by credit card when we accept your order. Any refunds payable will normally be made as a credit to your payment card.
4. Law: English law will apply to the contract between us and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.

You should do this AFTER you have purchased 4 CDs at normal price from the main list of CDs.

OCCASIONAL CD OFFERS e.g. 3 for £22
Make sure you are purchasing your CDs from the correct price list to ensure you get the special offer you want. If the offer is "Buy any 3 for £22" for example, you must choose your CDs from the "Any 3 for £22" list of CDs or you will be charged at full price. Our shopping system will not re-calculate for special offer prices automatically after you have chosen from the main full price list.
