Dan Sullivan was renowned in Boston as one of the finest fiddlers in the traditional style. The exhilarating ensemble that he led were in demand for dances in the area around Boston and made many recordings between 1926 and the mid-‘thirties. This collection includes some of their finest sides and recordings by individual members of the ensemble.
